When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Are your samples free or need cost?
It depends on the products. For low value products, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high value items, sample cost and freight are required, which can be refunded after the order is placed.
What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. We can customize packaging and carton boxes according to your specific requirements.
What about the lead time for mass production?
In off-peak season, it is within 25-30 days after the deposit. In busy season, it is within 40-45 days. We aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
Our standard MOQ is 3000pcs, but 1pc is available for sample checking.
