Q1. Can these batteries be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries are certified for both sea and air transport. We provide MSDS and test reports ensuring they are handled as non-dangerous products for safe shipment.
Q2. Is it possible to fast charge the battery?
Fast charging is generally not recommended as it can be harmful to the internal chemistry and reduce the overall lifespan of the battery.
Q3. What is the typical delivery time for orders?
Usually, stock products take about 7 days. For larger orders, it ranges from 20 days for a half container to 30 days for a full 20ft container.
Q4. How should VRLA batteries be maintained during storage?
VRLA batteries should not be stored for more than 6 months at 25°C without recharging. In hotter climates, we recommend recharging every 3 months.
Q5. Why does the capacity change at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Ah than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
Q6. Do you produce the battery plates yourself?
Yes, we are a professional manufacturer and we produce our own plates to ensure the highest quality control throughout the production process.
